Situated on the corner of Bourke and Phillip Street in one of Australia’s fastest-growing suburbs Waterloo.

Resicomm was engaged by Ultra Building Co to undertake the complete design and construct of the electrical, communications, dry fire and security services to this multi-level mixed use development. The project consisted of 49 high-end apartments and 1 retail tenancy situated over a 2-level basement.

This project involved countless design meetings with all trades involved to ensure the project was delivered as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
